Wir bieten regelmäßig Freitags neun Videosprechstunden an, für die ihr hier EINEN(!) Termin buchen könnt. Den Link für die Videosprechstunden bekommt ihr in der Bestätigungsmail!
Die Beratungszeit ist von 10:00 – 16:00.
Wenn ihr an einem gebuchten Termin nicht könnt, sagt unbedingt ab(!), damit wir den Termin an andere Personen vergeben können!
Eine E-Mailberatung außerhalb der buchbaren Online-Sprechstunden, werden wir aus Kapazitätsgründen nur noch individuell und im Notfall anbieten.
Bei Fragen meldet euch unter: sozialberatung@asta.tu-berlin.de. Wenn es um einen vereinbarten Termin geht, macht das bitte im Betreff deutlich.
Tragt euch hier mit einem Pseudonym (und nicht mit eurem echten Namen) und einer gültigen E-Mailadresse ein! Die E-Mailadresse kann NUR(!) von uns werden.

We offer video consultation hours on Fridays, for which you can book ONE(!) appointment. You will then receive the link for the video consultation by e-mail!
The consultation hours are from 10am to 4pm.
If you can't do it on a booked date, make sure to cancel(!) so we can give the appointment to other people!
For capacity reasons, we will only offer e-mail advice outside of the bookable online consultation hours individually and in an emergency. So please book your appointment and don't write mails.
If you have any questions, please contact us at: sozialberatung@asta.tu-berlin.de. We need to reply to mails because of the mass of mails, often a little longer. When it comes to an agreed date, this is made clear in the subject!
